This past weekend, the Double-A New Hampshire Fisher Cats began their Eastern League title defending season by winning 2 out of 3 games against the division rival Trenton Thunder (Yankees affiliate) on the road.
In the series, A.J. Jimenez had a nice Double-A debut, Chad Jenkins had a strong outing, Mike McDade continued with the production that made him an Eastern League All-Star last year and the team showed resiliency by winning twice in come-from-behind fashion.
